Cash Flow Forecasts & Cost Reporting / Financial Analysis

The forecasted final profitability of a project should be assessed on a regular basis throughout the construction period by means of cost reporting. Strategic and business decisions can then be made if required

If cost reporting has not been initiated at the outset of a project the expected final financial outcome can be established by undertaking a cost to completion exercise in conjunction with a calculation of the anticipated final account
